Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-20 · Applies to Together at happytogether.app

1. What Together is

Together is a private, invitation-only closed-beta tool for two committed partners to upload shared conversations, reflect on them, and run AI-assisted analysis grounded in relationship-science frameworks (Gottman Method, NVC, EFT, and others). It is operated by Tarun Nimmagadda (contact: ntarun@gmail.com).

2. Who can use it

Access is limited to email addresses on a short allowlist. You may only use Together if (a) you have been explicitly invited, (b) you are at least 18 years old, and (c) both you and your partner have agreed to the uses described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Consent for shared uploads

Audio and conversation content uploaded to the shared space reflects conversations between two people. By uploading, you affirm that both participants know about and agree to the upload and analysis. Do not upload audio of third parties without their consent. Do not upload anyone else's private conversations.

4. AI output is informational, not clinical

Together's analyses are generated by AI models and are meant to support reflection. They are not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for a licensed professional. If you are experiencing relationship distress, abuse, or mental health difficulty, please seek a qualified human professional.

5. What you should not do

6. Your data

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, transcribe, and analyze it solely to provide the service to you and your partner, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time; deletion propagates to audio storage, transcripts, and analyses.

7. Beta status and changes

Together is in closed beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may pause or discontinue the service. If we do, we will give reasonable notice and let you export your data.

8. No warranty, limited liability

Together is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Together at any time by signing out. We may revoke access for any reason, including violation of these terms, and will make a reasonable effort to let you retrieve your data before doing so.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
